As the concepts of Industry 4.0 and China Manufacturing 2025 are raised,traditional manufacturing enterprises have gradually upgraded themselves to intellectual manufacturing enterprises.The construction of an intellectual manufacturing enterprises realizes the intellectualization from three pivots,i.e.product,equipment,and process,with an essential purpose toward industrial automation,labor cost reduction,product quality improvement and economic benefit improvement by combining production automation closely with manufacturing processes.Production automation will be the foundation to improve management informationization to fanally achieve the development of digitized/intellectualized factories and improvement in flexible manufacturing and ability to be responsive to the customized requirements.The key thechnologiesof an intellectual manufacturing enterprises mainly include technologies related to integration,intellectualization,and network,multi-subject and multi-function product design,manufacturing technology,virtual technology,and software system for knowledge management.Its purpose is to create favorable environment,and promote the knowledge sharing and flowing inside and between companies.The domestic aeronautic enterprises fabricating detail parts are strongly featured with "big variety and small batch size",and are faced with the critical stage of introducing advanced manufacturing technologies,management tools,creation of information management platform,making a break-through out of traditional functional production mode,and improving both productivity and efficiency,with less efforts put in developing process grouping and part categorization.Group technology is an efficient production organization method guaranteeing transformation to new and highly efficient production mode and process improvement,while part categorization and coding scheme as well as system development are the only path toward realization of group technology.With the help of the AVIC Operation System(AOS),investigations and analyses are made into the internal practice and principles of part categorization in one aeronautical company in China,and the geographic features,manufacturing processes,manufacturing resources(equipments,tools),heat treatment,surface treatment and special inspections.The features and detail parts are sorted out,on the basis of similarity analysis in structure,material and manufacturing process using samples of large aircraft detail parts,to establish the reasonable part features,distribution law and categorization rules,and then propose the part categorization structure scenario and code structure meeting the requirement of improving production of detail parts of multiple variety and small bath size in this aeronautical company.On the basis of the requirement for key modle project developed in AVIC,and in the area of manufacturing process research and development,the core competence is built up to support intellectual manufacturing,establish an appropriate and new mode for intellectualized manufacturing process research and develpment,with process knowledge driving quality and efficient process design,virtual simulation aiming at reduce the manufacturing risk and cost in realistic environment,and with part categorization scenario as the basis to plan the intellectualized process design system structure and working mode driven by knowledge. |
