| On the background of informatization, the information about enterprise product is increasing rapidly. Many enterprises start to use the computer systems to manage their daily activities and the manufacturing enterprises are no exception. Though many manufacturing enterprises have begun introducing coding system to manage the information of the standard parts, the present coding system has many shortages such as fixed coding structure, inflexible business process, and poor universality. It will be difficult to code for new products with the increasing of the production and hardly to respond to the changes in business processes flexibly.To solve these problems, this thesis has carried out on the following aspects:The establishment of flexible code rule:on the basis of studying the existing coding system structure from home and abroad, this thesis proposes the idea of flexible code structure and establishes the coding model and process. With standard parts GB as reference, a flexible coding rule for standard parts is designed to address the problem of inflexible code structure.The ontology based semantic description for the coding rules of the standard parts: according to the flexible coding rule designed by the author, the standard part concept relation model is built. Furthermore, OWL (Web Ontology Language) is used to semantically describe and model the coding rule. Besides, Jena software is employed to analyze the standard parts information. The Storage of the coding rules in the format of OWL files is employed to achieve a better management of coding rule nodes and the extension of new coding rules. Based on the division and combination of code segment, the universal design of coding rules is proposed to support the needs of the encoding for different enterprises.The study and application of work-flow technology:the work-flow reference model, modeling technology, the basic framework and working principle of JBPM are studied. The work-flow technology of JBPM is applied to the encoding value management process of standard parts and the coding process is monitored and managed. This technique can meet the demands of the changing of company business, solve the problems in the operation and ensure the normal running of the process.System construction and implementation:on the basis of previous works, this thesis analyzes the general requirements and designs the functions of the system. Meanwhile, this work combine Java programming language and MySql database with JS and CSS technology to realize the visualization of coding rules and then implement the entire standard parts coding system. |
