Equipments become more and more complex with the development of technology.In order to control overhaul project`s cost,time,quality,safety and other factors,various types of industrial enterprises begin to use project management methods for equipment overhaul widely.Due to factors such as the scale of equipment overhaul project and the importance attached by the enterprise,systematic and scientific evaluation is often lacking after the completion of th e project.So it`s difficult to find problems of project which is not conducive to continuous improvement.In the field of project management evaluation,there are many studies on the management evaluation of general engineering projects or transformation projects,but few on the management evaluation of equipment overhaul projects.There is a lack of evaluation methods and systems in this field.Because the equipment overhaul project has its own characteristics,the evaluation method of general engineering project cannot be copied completely.In order to scientifically evaluate the equipment overhaul project and improve management level in this field,based on detailed investigation of the status quo of equipment overhaul project management,this thesis use hierarchical analysis and interviews,questionnaire survey,to identify the specific indicators.Then,construct the judgment matrix.Maintenance experts are invited to score the relative importance of each index.Based on this,the weight of the index is calculated,and then the consistency test is conducted to ensure the qualification.Finally,a set of equipment overhaul project management evaluation index system is established,which includes three first-level indicators of preliminary preparation,implementation process,benefit and impact and 14 second-level indicators.Then,according to the actual situation of a LNG Terminal,the most representative unloading arm overhaul project was selected as the main research object,and another key equipment BOG compressor overhaul project was selected as the secondary research object.At last,use the established evaluation system to evaluate these two equipment overhaul projects.In the last chapter,the evaluation results of two equipment overhaul projects are compared and analyzed from man y aspects,and some management suggestions are put forward according to the exposed problems.The research of this thesis shows that it is feasible and effective to establish the evaluation index system by ahp in the post-evaluation of equipment overhaul project management.Overhaul decision-making,management of spare parts,lifting,disassembling overhaul and other factors are relatively important.But their importance varies significantly with different equipment.In order to ensure scientific and fair results of the post-evaluation of equipment overhaul project management,a corresponding management evaluation system should be established.Since this thesis selects a specific equipment overhaul project as the research object,and the indicators are also based on the actual situation,this study is inevitably limited.For different equipment,the evaluation index and index weight should be adjusted appropriately,in order to conform to the actual situation of the site.And spare parts management,hoisting risk control,overhaul quality acceptance and other aspects have research value in this field.
