Research On The Post-evaluation Of Construction Project Management Of Ji'nan Olympic Sports Center

In the process of construction project implementation,the project management mainly includes the preliminary stage,the construction stage and the completion of project delivery,each stage of the project management work is affecting the overall process of the project management process.How to use the scientific,reasonable and effective index to evaluate the construction project management is the main content of post-evaluation,project manager also need to think it.As for the post-evaluation of construction project management,evaluation stages including project planning and feasibility study stage,project planning and design stage,project bidding stage,project construction stage,completion after delivery stage and the overall management evaluation.The study based on the theory of construction project management,construction project management post-evaluation theory,combined with the actual situation of Jinan Olympic Sports Center project,then we analysis and evaluate the factors on the impact of the construction project management;In the process of project implementation,we use AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to build the evaluation model of construction project management;then by the evaluation model to evaluate all-round stages of Jinan Olympic Sports Center project,embodied in planning and feasibility study stage,project planning and design stage,project bidding stage,project construction stage,completion delivery stage,and we analyzed the results of the evaluation of project management,also proposed some suggestions to improve the construction project management.At last,some enlightenment is gained from the building of Ji'nan Olympic Sports Center construction project management post-evaluation,hope to be able to provide some guidance and reference for similar enterprises in the construction project management.
