| The set is a set of living spaces designed to meet the needs of different types of users.Different sets have a great impact on the lives of different users.This depends on the size of the family population,the composition of the family’s population structure,and the close relationship with the psychological and physiological needs of people.In recent years,China’s urban construction has developed at a high speed,and the people’s living standards are changing with each passing day.The original lifestyle and living needs are constantly changing.In particular,the intensification of the aging population and the liberalization of the second-child policy have led to a shift in the composition of the family’s population.The old-fashioned characteristics are no longer applicable to today’s housing needs.Guangzhou is on the southeast coast and has a high acceptance of new things.As a bridgehead for reform and opening up,the infrastructure construction of inland cities is more mature.The results of Guangzhou residential building design are representative of China’s contemporary residential design level and can be used as reference for residential design in other areas.This article will take Guangzhou as an example,combined with the development of Guangzhou’s residential suite design,and the needs of Guangzhou residents for residential nesting,to study the characteristics of Guangzhou’s residential suite design.In the first chapter,the paper introduces the research background of the paper,including urban population characteristics,family demographic changes,and changes in per capita living area.It also shows the purpose of the thesis writing,and through the domestic and international review to understand the current research results of residential and sleeve design.And the status quo of development;the second chapter explains the definition of the type and the type of housing,and then sorts out the historical process of the development of contemporary urban housing,analyzes the changes in the per capita living area of the city and the market share of each type of area.Then,the status quo of urban development in Guangzhou and the historical changes of residential design in Guangzhou from the reform and opening up to the beginning of this century were studied.The third chapter studies the basic needs of residents for housing from the perspective of users.According to Maslow’s hierarchical demand theory,it is derived that the demand for residential space corresponds to the performance characteristics of Maslow’s demand principle.Then it analyzes the payment ability of residents in Guangzhou,and analyzes its impact on housing demand according to Maslow’s hierarchical demand theory.Then it conducts a questionnaire survey on Guangzhou residents.The fourth chapter first analyzes the characteristics of Guangzhou residential housing changes.The variation characteristics of the casing area.Furthermore,the development characteristics of the living space in the set and the layout and combination of the functional spaces in the set are studied.Finally,according to the changes of family population structure,the growth of the whole life cycle of the set is studied.The fifth chapter analyzes the case of new residential buildings in Guangzhou in the past two years. |
