Energy conservation and emission reduction are the basic concepts of "Made in China 2025" strategy.In the face of increasingly serious environmental problems,both domestic and foreign are exploring an efficient,low-carbon green manufacturing system.As an important tool for infrastructure construction,construction machinery is subject to various changes and complicated working conditions,so that the engine is often subjected to severe dynamic loads and even overload conditions,resulting in low efficiency of the engine and a large amount of exhaust gas discharged.The harm caused by the exhaust gas to the environment should not be underestimated.Therefore,in order to save energy and reduce emissions,improve the working efficiency of construction machinery,and develop an efficient and energy-saving transmission method,it has become a hot spot and focus of research at home and abroad.Based on the principle of the new plunger hydrostatic torque converter proposed by Taiyuan University of Science and Technology,this paper proposes a new type of plunger type which is integrated with the self-designed quantitative swash plate axial piston pump and the existing constant pressure variable motor.Hydrostatic variable pitch program and research on it.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,this paper expounds the advantages and disadvantages of the conventional torque converters at home and abroad and the existing problems,proposes a solution of replacing the traditional hydraulic torque converter with a plunger hydrostatic torque converter.According to the performance index,this paper designs and calculates the main components of the plunger hydrostatic torque converter,and carries out the kinematics and dynamics analysis.This thesis designs and calculates the pump distribution plate,and analyzes the flow velocity and distribution surface of the distribution plate window.The specific power varies with the motor's adjustment parameters;the pump plunger is designed and subjected to force analysis.Second,this paper analyzes the modalities of the main components of the piston hydrostatic torque converter,such as the pump rotor,the pump distribution plate,the pump plunger,and the pump swash plate.The 3D model of the main part was built in Solidworks,and it was imported into ANSYSWorkbeench for modal analysis.Finally,the natural frequency and mode shape of the main parts were obtained,which verified the rationality of the structure design.Thirdly,the paper designs the overall structure of the plunger hydrostatic torque converter according to the main components of the design,and analyzes its mechanism and static characteristics.The external characteristics,original characteristics and input of the variable distance device are obtained.The characteristic and volume speed regulation characteristic curves show that the plunger type hydrostatic range changer has the advantages of wide range of high efficiency and stable transmission.Fourthly,in order to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the plunger hydrostatic torque converter under different working conditions,the simulation model of the plunger hydrostatic torque converter is built by AMESIM simulation software,and the simulation analysis is carried out to obtain the pump.The curve of the movement of the plunger and the motor plunger and the relationship between the input and output speed under different operating conditions,the input and output torque as a function of time,and the torque converter input and output torque and input and output speed as a function of time.The results show that the torque converter has good automatic adaptability and torque-changing performance both statically and dynamically.The research in this paper lays a certain theoretical foundation for the engineering of hydrostatic transmission,and it has certain impetus to the engineering of this technology.
