Study On Form Design Of Dental Unit Based On Perceptual Image

The study of perceptual image is the main method of industrial design disciplines to study product appearance modeling.It belongs to the category of perceptual efficacy.It is driven by user experience and emotional image.It introduces intuitive design into the rational research of user satisfaction and shape similarity measurement.In recent years,the rapid development of medical disciplines and the popularization of oral medical knowledge make people's pursuit of oral health irreversible.As the core role of dental medical equipment,dental unit affects the physiological and psychological experience of users in the whole process of oral diagnosis and treatment and the final medical effect.To this end,the study starts with the products of dental unit,explores the relationship between human visual image and product form,and explores the product form design according to the emotional needs of different user product from the perspective of user needs and satisfaction.The paper is divided into six parts:First,through literature review at home and abroad,this paper expounds the theoretical background and current situation of product visual image design research in "Kansei Engineering".Secondly,based on the user's cognitive behavior of product form,the shape factors affecting user preference are determined.This paper deconstructs the form of dental unit,analyses the composition and artistry of product modeling points,lines,surfaces and bodies,and explores the visual imag.e elements of the basic component form of dental unit.Third,Construct the relationship between human visual image and product form,and establish the image domain of dental unit platform.Relying on(product history monographs)to build a broad semantic lexicon,classify,screen,eliminate repetitive and ambiguous words,then do the classification of commendatory words,neutral words and derogatory words,and further classify the extracted commendatory words with emotion,function,form(style)to establish context semantic lexical groups.Users(doctors,patients and potential users)of dental unit were interviewed and investigated about product expectation,experience and preference(including environment and service),and event situation preference was obtained.Then,12 user image words of final dental unit were obtained by comparing the semantic vocabulary of "emotional" context.Taking the main part of the dental unit as the main object of study,the image samples collected from the image of the deck chair were determined.Seventy-eight pictures of different types of reclining chairs were collected,and 46 of them were screened for experimental graphic samples.Eleven attribute indices were set by sample difference comparison,and Jaccard similarity was tested on 46 couch samples.Sixteen graphic samples were constructed by eliminating samples with similar shape or high repetition rate.Fourth,the user preference is tested and the matching relationship between 16 graphic samples and 12 user image words is established.Relevant body elements and rounded corner styles of image words are extracted from matched graph samples.Fifth,product function restriction,function image word restriction,and attribute index restriction of image sample corresponding to emotion image word are used to construct the basic form of dental unit.According to the detailed model of geometric shape elements and rounded corner style corresponding to perceptual "concise and avant-garde" image words,the artistic effect of products is constructed.Sixthly,the design scheme is based on the user's perceptual image satisfaction evaluation.The design scheme driven by image words and function restriction meets the user's expectations and visual perception,and verifies the results.This paper mainly studies the relationship between human visual image and product morphology from the perspective of Kansei Engineering,and puts forward the specific collection,screening and establishment methods of semantic vocabulary space and image sample vocabulary space.Finally,through the verification of specific product morphology design,this paper puts forward its own views on the morphological design of dental unit platform,and puts forward new development trends in the future.
