Energy conservation is a long-term national policy of the country.In order to improve energy efficiency,the main measures for improvement are:"strengthen the research of frequency conversion speed regulation technology and expand its application field.High voltage frequency conversion device is an important means of motor energy saving.For the market-oriented operation of power generation enterprises,it is necessary to achieve energy-saving enterprises and it can be achieved by the use of high-voltage frequency converter to the main fan and water pump transformation.It is very important for the power generation enterprises to reduce the cost,increase the benefit and promote the technological progress by adopting the measures of energy saving and consumption reduction of frequency conversion speed regulation,reducing the power consumption,rate of the operating units and improving,the output power of the unitsThis paper analyzes the principle of condensate water pump and the operational principle of variable frequency speed regulation and energy saving.And then designs a set of improvement scheme of frequency conversion speed regulation and energy saving according to the TC power plant condensate pump high voltage frequency conversion speed regulation energy saving reconstruction project.Firstly,it analyzes the application of high voltage frequency conversion technology in other power plants,laying the foundation for the project transformation.Secon,dly,according to the characteristics of combined cycle unit,it asserts a claim for the application of high voltage frequency converter in TC power plant and carries out the selection of high voltage frequency converter.Then,it formulates the prelimimary requirements and train of thoughts of the frequency conversion transformation,including the design of the main circuit system,the electric interlock switch,the protection of the electric five defenses,the relay protection,and the DCS logic control and so on.Besides,it designs the project transformation scheme and electrical,control debugging scheme,which is applied to the actual project transformation.Finally,it analyzes and evaluates the effect of project transformation.The high voltage frequency conversion device has been used well in the power plant condensate pump frequency conversion energy saving aspect.The energy saving system of variable frequency speed regulation designed in this paper has obvious energy saving effect from the data view of the actual operation of the unit after energy saving transformation of high voltage variable frequency speed regulation of condensate removal pump.In addition,the reliability of the combined cycle has also been improved,which has a beneficial effect on the safe and stable operation of local power grid.
