The government and the community attach importance to the cultural and creative industries.Under the tide of "Reuse of Disused Spaces ",the government of the Macao Special Administrative Region is determined to develop Macao into a world tourism and leisure center, and actively use the existing disused space to develop "The South Bay Navan Lake Project" for the cultural and creative industries.Only Macao's lack of experience in the reuse of disused space and creative industries, coupled with the design or transformation of space reuse, depends only on the subjective experience of planners, lack of quantitative data to support it,and no assessment of users' evaluation of the space. What positive empirical evaluations will be helpful to their revisit intentions, and therefore cannot be fully considered and reconsidered? For this purpose, this study takes the reuse of "The South Bay Navan Lake Project" as an example to understand the current situation of the internal and external spatial environment of The South Bay Navan Lake from the user's perspective, and to analyze its advantages and disadvantages. Finally,it puts forward the follow-up suggestions on software and hardware of "The South Bay Navan Lake Project",and references to other similar cases by "The South Bay Navan Lake Project".Based on the literature review and the environmental analysis and field survey of "The South Bay Navan Lake Project",the study of regional environment for descriptive evaluation;designed for the subjective nature of user satisfaction survey and interviews, gathering the views of users satisfied with the situation and the needs of the space,as the survey evaluation.Through the data analysis, the conclusion of this study is drawn: through the use of post evaluation, the users think that apart from participating in outdoor activities, there will be a certain degree of consumption of users to cultural stores, which will become a key landmark of Macao cultural creation.Fully show that the disused space reuse led by the public sector is an important part. The reuse of the space needs largepublic space, which enables users to carry out creative and diversified activities. The activities of Macao's cultural and creative industries can survive and develop. In order to achieve the goal of sustainable use of space, statistical models are used to create an empirical and subjective user.Satisfaction is considered as the "Macao disused space development culture and innovation industry evaluation project",as an assessment of whether Macao's spare space is suitable for the development of cultural and creative industries in the future. At the end of this study,it is suggested that the "bottom-up" private led disused space be reused. At the same time,a reasonable space reuse strategy should be put forward from the user evaluation information, and an elastic management mechanism and communication mechanism between the government and the people can be established to facilitate the reuse and development of disused space in Macao.
