| With the acceleration of urbanization,urban diseases such as population explosion,land disorder spread,traffic inconvenience arise accordingly.Rail transit has the advantages of large capacity,fast speed,low energy consumption and high efficiency.It is an effective way to alleviate urban traffic congestion.In recent years,more and more cities have joined the ranks of rail transit construction.However,due to the insufficient understanding of the objective law of rail transit and the inadequate grasp of the city’s own needs in some cities,rail transit does not promote to support urban development.Instead,it leads to the imbalance between rail transit and urban development,resulting in a series of new urban problems.This paper takes the urban rail transit hub and urban center system as the research object,through studying the interaction between them,constructs the supporting development mode of rail transit hub to urban center system,so as to promote the supporting development of both.Taking Xiamen as an example,through the evaluation of Xiamen situation,to guide the optimization and restructuring of Xiamen’s urban spatial form and structure,and to coordinate the development of Xiamen’s urban space and rail transit.Firstly,the interactive supporting mechanism between rail transit hub and urban center system is simulated.Starting from the two aspects of rail transit network planning and urban master planning,based on the interaction principle of the two,the main factors-grade,influence scope and layout mode are selected to simulate the process of their mutual supporting development.Secondly,the evaluation system of rail transit hub supporting to urban central system is established.Through the study of the two systems,the evaluation systemis constructed from three levels: spatial support,dynamic support and strength support.Thirdly,the supporting development model is constructed.Combining the supporting mechanism and evaluation results,the supporting development mode of the two is constructed,which meets the supporting requirements in space,time sequence and strength.Finally,the choice of rail transit and land use development of Xiamen is provided.This paper evaluates the support status of Xiamen’s central districts and rail transit hubs from macro and micro levels and finds out the problems and shortcomings.It puts forward the improvement strategies and measures of rail network planning and urban master planning,avoids the disconnection between rail transit planning and urban spatial planning,and provides a choice for the future development mode of rail transit and land use in Xiamen.Based on the interaction mechanism between rail transit hub and urban central system,starting with the grade,influence scope and layout mode of hub and central area,this paper constructs the supporting development mode of rail transit hub to urban central system from three aspects: the approachability of spatial layout,the complementarity of development time sequence and the reasonable support of support strength,so as to provide suggestions and referencesto other rail transit cities. |
