Study On Ship-building Outfitting Manufacturing Process At A Shipbuilding Enterprise

Shipbuilding outfitting is a core component of the shipbuilding production process which take up 50%~60% engineering quantities and have important influence of shipbuilding period.In the 21 st century,the domestic shipbuilding enterprises gradually shift from traditional shipbuilding mode to the modern shipbuilding mode.The advanced production mode bring forward higher requirements which cannot be satisfied by traditional management system,shipbuilding enterprises are badly in need of new management system to adapt to the drastically change of production mode.As an advanced representation of the world's shipbuilding industry,Japanese shipbuilding industry was benefit from Lean Production System which originating from Toyota JIT(just-in-time)production methods and develops a lean shipbuilding system gradually,so they can have obvious competitive advantage of production efficiency,cost control,and product quality.The basic idea of the lean shipbuilding is eliminates all waste,reduce all invalid steps,improve the utilization efficiency of all kinds of resources,to achieve the purpose of reduce production cost,shorten shipbuilding period and enhance the profit.Lean production theory,advanced production mode of domestic and overseas shipbuilding enterprises were studied by this thesis,combined with the actual outfitting production situation of a shipbuilding enterprise,to optimize the original outfitting production system,eliminate all kinds of waste in production process,forming a set of lean outfitting production management mode which accord with the actual situation of the enterprise.Scope of this study includes:(1)Analyzes the organization structure and operation flow of the key outfitting production department——Concentrated supply center,find out the advantages and disadvantages of pallet management mode and the important link which restrict outfitting efficiency;(2)Study and application of JIT production method.Analyzes the important tool of JIT——double Kanban system' working principle,improve the original outfitting pallet management mode combined with the actual outfitting production situation of concentrated supply center,design two different kinds of Kanban,and research the application method of double Kanban system in concentrated supply center based on pallet management;(3)Study and application of JIT logistics.Introduced the JIT logistics and a important tool——Value Stream Mapping,and use it to study production facility layout and logistics process.According to the Value Stream Mapping,the improvement of the logistics process is found,and the logistics process is modeled and optimized by linear programming tool,which makes the total logistics process time shorten and the value of the value increased time is effectively improved.
