The Study And Application Of Lean Outfitting's Key Technology In VLOC

With the decline of the global economy,the situation of the shipping market continued at a low level.At the same time the economic benefits of this industry still needs to endure a long downturn condition,and the shipbuilding industry is facing harsh complexion.Recently,major domestic shipyards have accelerated the speed of ship construction,especially hull construction.The efficiency is sharply improved,and the dock cycle has also been shortened.However,in terms of outfitting operations,compression of construction period is still limited or even is not in a controllable state in most time,which seriously influences the progress of ship construction.Thus,outfitting has gradually become the primary problem of constraining ship construction speed.In this thesis,with the comparision of the development in domestic outfitting technology to overseas' and the between foreign advanced shipbuilding enterprise outfitting operations and our country,combined with the real situation in VLOC vessel outfitting jobs in GSI,through application of lean shipbuilding theory,it analyzes the problem during the progress of outfitting operation and puts forward the measures of lean outfitting production.By means of expanding the intermediate products division,optimizing the products and so on,this paper focuses on production management,quality control,engineering methods improvement,tools selection and amelioration,production progress analysis summary,and develops a integrated solution for lean outfitting operations,which greatly improves the integrality of undocking and the accuracy of outfitting operations.Based on the research of related key technology in VLOC ship outfitting,It also shoten the cycle time of VLOC ship,which creates conditions of shortening ship construction cycle,improving production efficiency,and decreasing shipbuilding costs.it has great significance to enhance to the entire outfitting operation,and also has some reference to increase other ship's outfitting preinstalled rate and shorten operation cycle.
