Research On Application Of Lean In Ship Zone Outfitting

The mainstream of modern shipbuilding mode is the assembly shipbuilding which by the intermediate product oriented.The key is the hull outfitting painting integration technology of intermediate products at all levels,the important content is the zone outfitting technology.How to expand the modular unit outfitting operations in a comprehensive embodiment of the hull of the parallel ground outfitting;How to improve the rate of section/block pre-outfitting to fully implement the outfitting operations forward strategy;How to reasonably plan the dock outfitting in a ship to improve the integrity of outfitting after launching is that we must research in depth.It's also important content to study the lean thinking in application of the zone outfitting area.This paper is guided by the theory of lean production and combined with the characteristics of ship outfitting operations,then make depth analysis on its problem.To explore the principles of lean production based on lean ablation and how to implement the full implementation of the zone outfitting to improve the efficiency of ship outfitting,the main research contents are as follows:(1)The problems in the zone outfitting program and operation system are analyzed and then how to build the zone outfitting program and operation system based on the lean production are discussed.(2)The main problems in unit/module outfitting are analyzed,the lean of unit/module outfitting is studied from the aspects of design,production organization,JIT production,lean dispatching and accuracy control.Then how to give the lean scheme and operation idea in the unit / module outfitting are discussed.(3)The main problems in section/block outfitting are analyzed,start from the lean WSD and salver partition,then how to realize the JIT production mode,the lean dispatching,integrity control strategy and site fine management are discussed.(4)The main problems in dock outfitting are analyzed.Advance outfitting,balanced production,the JIT production model of dock outfitting,the lean dispatching and the 5S fine management are studied.Then the problems on how to make the dock outfitting production lean are discussed.This paper,combining the actual operation situation of zone outfitting,gives a set ofdetailed solution with strong maneuverability for the implementation of lean production in thezone outfitting work,which has the reality significance to improve the production efficiency and quality of zone outfitting and reduce the production cost.At the same time,it is also useful to the application research on lean production in other areas of shipyard.
