Producing all kinds of molds are an important process of industrial technological equipment.The automobile industry are the most widely used industrial molds,many varieties of mold,high precision,complex shapes,shorter delivery time.Vehicle plastic parts of the international automobile industry today are a major development trend.Steel to plastic is the future development of the mainstream of the automotive industry.So,plastic parts and components used in the car will be more and more.And one of the large plastic parts are molded difficult.Experience in traditional design methods and test mode means the following defects:lack of theoretical basis for,the balance of flow and cooling system can not guarantee the quality of,process can not be predicted,warpage of molded parts, shrink marks,such as molding cycle can not be predicted.Their results may eventually lead to long product development cycle,process instability,the long production cycle,a large quantity of parts deformation,defects,and high rate of failed products etc.In view of the above questions,in this paper,the theory of polymer melt rheology to determine the size of gating system,numerical simulation of computer technology into the design of injection mold for the entire process.The use of major mold analysis software Moldflow poured into the first two programs are compared,3 points injection program as finally poured into the gating system,and set up the cooling system.Again on the plastic melt in the mold cavity in the filling, packing and cooling process,the analysis of warpage,come to shape the various parts of the warping parameters and the deformation results.On this basis,the analysis of the causes of warpage,program on the reduction of warpage.Used to guide the design of molds and related set of process parameters.The application of CAE to injection mold field conquers the disadvantages such as mold's low quality,high frequency of modifying and long manufacturing time caused by experiential design and obtains good economic result.
