| As the increasingly fierce market competition of manufacturing industry,many enterprises have begun to use global sourcing for resource share in order to obtain the balance of quality,cost and service.However,how to gain qualified suppliers to provide parts in the actual implementation process of supplier selection.We need whole supply management to monitor.So it’s particularly important and necessary for the enterprises to build a reasonable mode of supplier quality.Based on the supplier Z’s global sourcing project,the analysis of current supplier selection and evaluation standard are carried out and the improvement action are proposed.Identify risk point and take action timely by risk assessment;get comprehensive supplier ability instead of one-sidedness by cross-function evaluation;Using Analytic Hierarchy Process to judge qualitatively and define weight,comparing supplier by quantified evaluation result in order to avoiding interference from subjective factor,and then gain qualified and suitable supplier.Firstly,the development situation at home and abroad is introduced,and then discuss the principle of supplier selection management in the project procurement including principle,standards and methods.Secondly,the weakness of current supplier approval and selection are proposed.Finally,improvement action including checklist,SWOT and the concept of risk are used for supplier approval and project selection,and then set out one feasible evaluation system to get qualified supplier. |
