Risk Management Research On Project Of Overseas Power Station Steam Turbine

At present,the domestic power growth gradually easing,while the world’s emerging economies,rapid economic growth is the demand for electricity continues to grow,but because of its power infrastructure,insufficient power supply seriously restrict their economic development.These national power plant equipment manufacturing technology is backward,manufacturing capacity is poor,the main equipment dependent on imports.This situation,a power plant group as an opportunity to give full play to the advantages of power equipment manufacturing technology,accelerate the pace of development of overseas markets,improve equipment manufacturing capacity,improve the level of internationalization of enterprises.Influence factors of overseas projects in the implementation process is very complex,such as the national situation is not stable,relations between the two countries,different cultural backgrounds,different ways of communication and the owners of capital,different technical standards also makes the design,production,packaging,overseas project quality acceptance requirements and domestic project,all of these are the implementation of the risk of overseas project greatly increased.The production of Steam Turbine Project overseas power plant as a power plant equipment Co.Ltd.as the background,analysis of the column with overseas power plant turbine supply project where the enterprise has carried out for the case,with the help of the work breakdown structure(WBS)combined with expert advice,to identify risk factors for the project and improve;then according to the risk breakdown structure(RBS),the identified risk categories and risk factors were systematically arranged,established six kinds of risk factors of overseas power plant turbine supply project list and risk evaluation index system;by calculating the weight of various factors of AHP,as far as possible to reduce the deviation caused by the subjective judgment,combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to make quantitative evaluation finally;of the specific case,the risk of the risk factors identified in the list,the risk set Based on the analysis and evaluation of the quantity,the corresponding risk response measures are formulated according to the list of risk grade,thus forming an effective risk management method.This paper takes the case of enterprise as the research case,aiming at improving the ability of the enterprise to avoid the risk and dealing with the risk,and provides a reference method for the enterprise to successfully complete the overseas project.
