Due to the increase of electricity demand and quality in recent years,the corresponding grid density is higher and higher.If you want to make the best use of these grid equipment and material,you should make them refer to the systematic management.But the existing management mode can't unified process or the process is relatively complex,the working process of heavy and complicated directly results in the decrease of the efficiency of;At the same time data system should guarantee the accuracy of the jurisdiction of power plants,uniqueness;The interaction between the application and department did not make full use of the advantage of the software system,so instead of wasting the mobility of data.In order to solve the above problem,must study the optimization of production equipment management system,the production running motivation and unification,integration of power system operation management resources effectively,realize departments and between each system of information sharing and exchange.This paper performs an in-depth analysis and design of process,data model and system interaction.Combined with my own job demand and job responsibilities,through process design to clear job content,steps,makes the substation work more organized,light on demand content,improve the efficiency of the substation business operational maintenance department.Combing the data of the entire power grid structure and the distribution patterns,In view of analysis and design in the switch circuit breaker and which is the most important equipment of transformer station.According to the important information needed for variables,data,set up a corresponding model example.We also studied the production equipment management system and the interactive requirements of other system.We set a bridging degree between of the various departments work to improve the utilization rate of the existing power grid equipment.And we analyzed the system application and design concept in three different angles.Firstly,the article is summarized PMS and analyzed needs and usage of this system in company.Secondly,analyses process design,model design and interaction design of the system in my company.Finally,describe the analyzation of the achievement and test about the system.
