Energy shortage and environmental deterioration have promoted the large-scale development and application of wind power in the world.China's wind power development is more rapid,installed capacity has occupied the first place in the world.However,with the continuous improvement of wind power penetration in power grid,the uncertainties,fluctuations and reverse peak regulation of wind power output also bring great pressure to the operation of power grid,which restricts the full absorption and efficient utilization of wind power to a certain extent.In the "three north" areas of China,the problem of abandoning wind and limiting electricity during heating period is particularly serious.Wind power heating is one of the feasible ways to promote wind power consumption in winter heating areas.According to the production and marketing strategy of "classified mass production and marketable to the market",this paper proposes a coordinated wind power abso rption scheme with direct heating charge,which can absorb the active and moderate abandoned wind energy through direct heating charge.Under this scheme,the paper studies the declaration method of the day-ahead generation plan of wind farm and the dispatching method of power grid containing this kind of generation plan.On the premise of improving the quality of grid-connected wind power,it achieves the winwin goal of improving the self-benefit of wind farm and reducing the burden of grid regulation.Firstly,the uncertainties and fluctuations of wind power output are analyzed.Combining with the actual data,the probability density function is used to quantify the mathematical characteristics of wind power prediction error,and the wind power prediction error is analyzed by power zoning refinement.Considering the "positive and negative offset" effect of the prediction errors of multi-wind farm clusters and the influence of geographical location between wind farms on the prediction errors of multi-wind farm,a prediction error analysis method for multi-wind farm clusters is formed.Furthermore,a wind power absorption scheme with direct heating and charge coordination is proposed: through the newly built incremental short-distance distribution lines or some small-scale hybrid transformed lines with relatively low safety and quality standards,when the actual output of wind farm has a larger positive deviation from the previously declared generation plan or when the actual output rises sharply,the active abandonment part is given up.which require lower reliability and quality standards of power supply,so as to ensure the full or high absorption of abandoned power supply of wind farms as far as possible.Secondly,based on the confidence interval of wind power output and the predicted power curve,a new declaration method of day-ahead generation schedule of wind farm is proposed.The method can take into account the uncertainty and fluctuation of wind power output.Compared with the original wind power curv e predicted,the confidence interval of wind power output is narrowed and the fluctuation degree is reduced.This paper studies the wind farm-grid reserve coordination and the income distribution relationship of multi-wind under the new declaration mode of wind farm power generation schedule.In order to maximize the expected value of wind farm revenue,an optimal declaration model of day-ahead generation schedule of wind farm is established,which is solved by combining linearization method and CPLEX.The results show that the new declaration method of the day-ahead generation schedule of wind farms improves the comprehensive benefits of wind farms on the basis of improving the quality of grid-connected wind power and coordinating the interests of the wind farm-grid.Compared with the independent declaration mode of wind farms,the cooperative declaration mode of multi-wind farms can further improve the comprehensive benefits of wind farms,Increase the benefits of participating wind farms.Finally,in order to quantitatively analyze the comprehensive effect of wind farm providing high-quality grid-connected wind power on the improvement of regulation capacity and the reduction of operation cost of power system,a day-ahead optimal dispatching model of power grid with a new generation declaration schedule is established.The advantages of the optimized dispatching model are analyzed from the point of view of system operation cost,unit start-stop and reserve margin.The application interval of wind power plan with minimum system operation cost is calculated,and the adaptability of different operation modes to the power system with gradually improved wind power permeability is analyzed.The results show that the optimal declared operation mode is especially suitable for the system with high penetration of wind power.While increasing its own economic benefits,the wind farm reduces the dispatching operation cost of the main network,reduces the requirements for system configuration,and is conducive to improving the wind power consumption of the main network.The optimal declared operation mode can better cope with extreme scenarios of wind power output,and improve the robustness of day-ahead generation schedule of wind farms.
