Permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)are widely used in the field of electric vehicles because of its high efficiency,high power density and other advantages.Ordinary motor control algorithm in stable operating condition can have a good control performance.But in the complicated condition of the electric vehicle,the internal parameters of the motor will change due to external conditions,which makes that the original control parameters can't adapt to the change of motor parameters,resulting in lower motor control performance.In order to maintain or even improve the control performance of the motor,it is important to identify the motor parameters in real time and improve the original control parameters of the motor.This paper introduces the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM).Based on this,the basic electromagnetic relationship and the control theory of SVPWM,PMSM vector control are introduced.According to the theory of maximum torque-to-current ratio(MTPA),in order to simplify the complex calculation results of the basic formula of MTPA,a new method is proposed to fuse the feedback current information of permanent magnet Maximum torque current ratio(MTPA)control scheme of synchronous.In addition,in order to reduce the influence of motor parameters on the performance of the motor control system during the operation of PMSM,an improved adaptive backstepping control algorithm for permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)is proposed in this paper,and an adaptive on-line parameter identification Control algorithm for online identification of permanent magnet synchronous motor own parameters,and feedback back to the control system in real time to update the system control parameters.At last,two independent simulation models of the control algorithm and two simulation models of the system are set up by MATLAB / SIMULINK.The simulation results are analyzed.On the basis of the simulation,the experiment platform of the motor drag-and-drag is built,and the simulation code is transformed into the experiment code by CCS and MATLAB.The code is imported into the motor control system and debugged on the experimental platform.And the results prove the feasibility of the proposed control strategy.
