Research On The Development Path Of Construction Industrialization Based On BIM Technology Under The Background Of Green Development

General secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in the "nineteen major reports" that promoting green development is one of the four major initiatives to build a beautiful China.Green development includes green development of agriculture,manufacturing,construction,transportation and tourism.At present,promoting the development of construction industrialization is an important measure to implement green development.With the promotion and application of BIM Technology in China,BIM has been proved to play an important role in promoting the construction industrialization,but the development of construction industrialization based on BIM Technology is affected by many aspects,which restricts its development in China.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze and screen the restrictive factors in the development of building industrialization based on BIM Technology,find out the key influencing factors,and then put forward targeted measures to promote the combination of BIM and the development of building industrialization in China.Based on the research background of green development,this paper studies the development path of building industrialization based on BIM Technology.By summarizing the current application status of BIM Technology in various stages of building industrialization in China,starting from the core stakeholders in the industrial chain of building industrialization,this paper identifies the key influencing factors of the combination of BIM Technology and building industrialization through SNA,and puts forward BIM Technology in the future Suggestions on the combination of technology and construction industrialization in China.It is mainly divided into four parts: first,it analyzes the relationship between green development background and BIM application in building industrialization,as well as the current situation of development and application at home and abroad;second,it defines the relevant concepts of BIM Technology and building industrialization,and on this basis,it analyzes the application of BIM Technology in each stage of building industrialization,and also introduces the stakeholder theory and social network theory used in this paper,which lays a theoretical foundation for further analysis below;third,in this paper,from the perspective of stakeholders,the influencing factors of BIM technology-based building industrialization development are screened out,and the key influencing factors of BIM Technology and buildingindustrialization combined development are identified through the method of social network analysis;finally,according to the identified key influencing factors,the implementation path selection of BIM technology-based building industrialization development under the background of green development is further clarified Choose.
