Study On Regional Development Level Evaluation And Improvement Of Prefabricated Construction Industry

Prefabricated buildings have the advantages of low pollution and high efficiency,and are the direction of the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.Since The State Council issued a document advocating the development of prefabricated buildings,31 provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions in Chinese mainland are actively promoting prefabricated buildings and have issued corresponding policy goals.However,according to the official data,there is a big gap between the development speed and development level of different regions,and the standard level of development needs to be improved.Therefore,it is necessary to evaluate the development level of prefabricated buildings in 31 provinces,municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions in Chinese mainland,analyze the causes according to the evaluation results,and put forward the improvement path to help the scientific and efficient development of prefabricated buildings in China.In this paper,firstly,the concept of prefabricated building,region and development level are explained,and their respective definitions and research scope are clearly defined in this paper.Through literature analysis,the influencing factors of prefabricated building development are sorted out,and the mutual influence relationship is analyzed from the perspective of all relevant parties in the industry.Then,the DEMATEL method is used to deepen the index system,and the evaluation index system is constructed,including the scale of development,the level of development norms and the policy environment.Then the TOPSIS method is used to rank and grade the comprehensive evaluation level of 31 provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions in Chinese mainland and analyze the spatial distribution characteristics.Finally,the results of 2017,2018 and 2020 are evaluated and the development trend is analyzed.The status quo is summarized and the improvement path is proposed based on the analysis of its causes.Through empirical research results,it is found that the development level of prefabricated buildings in China is improving year by year,especially in economically developed areas,but the development level of different regions is obviously different.As a whole,the development trend gradually increases from west to east,and the development trend of local multi-core points is radial.The development level of different regions is uneven.Based on the analysis of the causes of this situation,it is proposed that each city should implement different improvement measures from five aspects of development scale,development standard level,production and supply level,policy environment and technological innovation ability according to its own basic conditions.
