| Intelligent network has become an inevitable trend in the development of the automotive industry.As an important part of intelligent transportation,the Internet of Vehicles is also an essential infrastructure for smart cars and driverless cars.The entire system of the Internet of Vehicles consists of important information elements such as vehicle position,speed and route information,driver information,road congestion and accident information,and various multimedia applications,and networked interactive control through big data and cloud computing.Internet of Vehicles is an important means to solve the traffic pressure in the future city,and it also provides a strong guarantee for people’s driving safety.However,due to the high complexity of the entire industrial chain,the lack of successful and effective business operation modes between the various links of the industrial chain makes the integration of the industry more difficult.Chinese telecom operators have an indispensable position in the car networking project.The development of vehicle networking technology has enabled Chinese telecom operators to see the dawn of enterprise transformation and upgrading.As a new thing,the Internet of Vehicles has a great risk in the implementation of the project,which is a huge challenge for Chinese telecom operators.In order to let Chinese telecom operators better control the risks in the implementation of the Internet of Vehicles project,this paper takes Shenzhen Mobile’s car network project of Shenzhen S bus company as the research object.Using the risk management theory in modern project management,risk management of project risks brought by the introduction of vehicle networking technology in a smart bus project of a bus company in Shenzhen.In this paper,using the work breakdown structure method,matrix analysis method and other methods,the risk of the car network project of Shenzhen S bus company is based on the risk planning,risk identification,risk analysis and risk response steps in the risk management theory.An analysis was conducted on the car networking project of Shenzhen S bus company.And combined with the actual work experience,the relevant risk strategy response was made on the analysis result of project risk.The purpose of this paper is to provide necessary reference for the construction of similar projects and to accumulate relevant experience.The research has certain practical significance.Its risk analysis and risk response strategy provide a useful reference for communication operators to carry out risk management in the construction of new intelligent projects with a large number of new technologies. |
