ERP plays an important role in the development of enterprises,however,ERP implementation projects have the characteristics of large investment,wide scope,and long cycle,and have great risks.Therefore,many companies’ ERP implementation projects are not successful,and even caused serious losses to the company.As a result,there is a saying in the industry that "If you don’t get ERP,you will die faster if you get ERP."The S Group ERP implementation project also faces great risks.This paper uses the theory and knowledge of risk management to conduct an in-depth study on the risks in the implementation process of ERP project,identify risk factors,analyze the impact of risk,and formulate risk response measures.Through a series of risk management measures,the probability of risk occurrence and loss caused can be reduced to ensure the smooth implementation of the project.In the stage of risk management planning,I studied the problems in the implementation process of S Group ERP project,completed the risk management plan through the risk management special meeting,defined the organizational framework and responsibilities of risk management,and formulated the judgment basis and standard of risk management.In the stage of risk identification,techniques and tools such as review risk data,Delphi method are used to identify the main risk factors of ERP project,and the risk factors are subdivided into organizational risk,management risk,external risk,data risk and technical risk.In the stage of risk analysis and evaluation,the risk factors are qualitatively analyzed by risk matrix method,and the risk is divided into three levels according to the risk value:high,medium and low.Then the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to carry out qualitative analysis on the risk factors.The weight of each risk factor is calculated by constructing the risk hierarchy structure model,constructing the paired comparison matrix,the single ranking of the hierarchy and the total ranking of the hierarchy.Finally,based on the results of two kinds of risk analysis,the importance of risk is ranked comprehensively.In the risk response and monitoring stage,the plan,strategy and measures of risk response are mainly formulated for the risks with greater overall weight in the ERP project,and the response effect and risk change are monitored to strengthen the control of project risk management.Finally,this paper reviews the experience and lessons learned in the process of S Group ERP implementation project risk management,improves project risk management level of S Group,and provides a certain reference meaning for the risk management of other enterprises’ ERP implementation projects.
