| Nowadays,people can not live without electricity,and a stable grid structure is to provide reliable and sustainable power supply.Substation is an important part of building a robust grid structure.With the increasing investment of power grid companies in substation construction,the number of new substations is on the rise every year.Due to the backward level of risk management and insufficient ability of risk identification,analysis and preventive measures in the process of substation construction,accidents of personal equipment occur from time to time,construction progress is delayed,construction cost is increased,and construction objectives can not be achieved.This paper focuses on the risk management of substation construction project.According to the process and characteristics of substation construction project,the risk identification of substation construction project is carried out by Delphi method,brainstorming method and checklist method,and the risk index evaluation system of substation construction project is constructed.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on analytic hierarchy process is applied to the substation construction project.Risk assessment is carried out,and a risk assessment model of substation construction project is constructed.The correctness of the model is verified by an example,and the key risk factors are determined.This paper chooses500 kV Yucheng Substation Construction Project and 220 kV Xinwei Substation Construction Project for risk management research,and verifies the correctness and effectiveness of the above methods.Through the risk management research in this paper,it provides a useful reference for the risk identification,evaluation and response methods of substation construction projects,and is conducive to the realization of the construction objectives of substation construction projects. |
