The instrument warehouse management of the Power Test Team of Dongguan Power Supply Bureau adopts the traditional paper form manual registration mode,which is inefficient and extensive in management,unable to meet the requirements of modern enterprises for intelligent management of instrument warehouses,and the whole life cycle management of test instruments.Requirements,there is an urgent need to develop an intelligent management system to improve management.This paper analyzes the reasons why some current warehouse management techniques are not applicable to the power supply instrument warehouse management of Dongguan Power Supply Bureau.A set of self-designed power test instrument storage management system has been introduced: this system realizes the intelligent registration and instrument storage of the warehouse.Real-time status indication,using photoelectric sensor to accurately identify the instrument in the library and loan status,the system also sets the package reservation function,directly associated with the work order,promptly and accurately prompt the user to find a set of test instruments in the warehouse,also has a ledger browsing,export,analysis,editing and other comprehensive functions,the power test instrument registration system has been applied in the high-voltage test team of Dongguan Power Supply Bureau,and has formed recommendations for promotion and continuous improvement in the process of use.The main research contents and design of this paper are as follows:(1)The research background and significance of the test instrument registration system,in-depth analysis of the current research status of the system in China,combined with the management classification and management requirements of the test instrument of Dongguan Power Grid,analyze the basic functions and requirements of the system,and design the basic framework of the system.(2)According to the hardware technical requirements of the power test instrument registration system,design the components of each hardware module of the system,mainly including the instrument location sensing network,the automatic forensics module and the warehouse site control terminal,and clarify the composition,connection,function,production,etc.of each module..(3)According to the software function planning content of the test instrument registration system,design and implement the software for intelligent management of the instrument,mainly including the on-site control terminal software,web server software,database server software,and clarify the function definition and development environment of each software.(4)Installation and commissioning of the test instrument registration system,including the installation of software and hardware,independent and linkage debugging of each module,trial operation of the system,development of specific use procedures,collection of existing deficiencies and analysis and improvement,registration of instruments The system's usage is evaluated.
