With the sustained development of the national economy,Internet technology and smart devices,especially smart phones,are widely used.Online shopping has become an important way for people to learn,live and consume.In recent years,Tmall.com,Taobao.com and JD.com have basically covered all fields of clothing,food,housing and transportation.More entrepreneurs are slowly flocking to B2 B,while venture capital and some excellent companies,such as Alibaba and Tencent,also feel that the second half of the Internet must be in the industrial Internet.Based on the understanding of the pain points in the traditional auto parts sales field,Company B integrates the upstream auto parts supply resources,collects the purchase flow of downstream auto repair factories,and builds a platform to realize one-stop B2 B purchase of multiple auto brands by means of Internet technology.As we all know,the development of e-commerce and logistics distribution are inseparable,and promoting the healthy development of e-commerce logistics has attracted the attention of the state and government.Choosing the logistics distribution mode suitable for the development of e-commerce enterprises and continuing to optimize the logistics distribution mode according to the development trend of the industry has important practical significance for e-commerce companies themselves and plays a decisive role in the development of e-commerce industry.This paper takes B company as the research object,based on the current situation and development plan of B company and logistics distribution mode.Firstly,this paper expounds the problems and shortcomings of B company in logistics distribution: the gap between customer service demand and order fulfillment,the gap between business area coverage strategy and transportation radius capability of B company,the gap between logistics cost control demand and distribution cost of B company,and the gap between visualization demand of B company's customers for fulfillment process;secondly,it puts forward the problems affecting B company.According to the current business process of B company,the key factors of logistics distribution operation level are put forward to solve the problem.Then,the results of the optimization scheme are tracked,and the implementation effect of the optimization scheme is evaluated.Finally,the remaining problems of the optimized logistics distribution mode are briefly described and proposed.This paper mainly uses the literature method,through searching and collecting,classifies and summarizes the industry characteristics of the logistics mode of automobile and distribution providers.According to the comparative analysis method,the change of evaluation index is observed to verify the effectiveness of the optimization scheme.Company B is currently in the leading position in China's automobile and distribution business.The optimization effect of its logistics distribution model can have a positive impact on the whole automobile and distribution business.Therefore,this study has a certain practical significance,and can also provide some theoretical and practical guidance for other e-commerce companies in this industry to optimize the logistics distribution model.
