Research On Income Distribution Of PPP Project On The North Side Of The Tourist Road In Airport New City Of XiXian New Area

The Airport new city of XiXian new area is positioned as an international aviation hub new city.In the initial stage of the construction of a new city,it will inevitably face a large amount of capital investment.Especially for the single mode of infrastructure development,long industrial chain and strong technical expertise,It is more difficult to rely solely on government investment.Therefore,it is necessary to broaden the financing model of the airport new city.The PPP project management model has many advantages.Raising social funds and expanding financing channels through the PPP model can alleviate the pressure on government funds and speed up project construction.This paper mainly introduces the background,positioning,financing channels,application of PPP mode and income distribution method of PPP project in the Airport new city of XiXian new area.(1)Firstly,the development history and research status of PPP projects at home and abroad are introduced.Then it analyzes the current industrial status of the Airport new city in XiXian new area,and combines the industrial positioning and actual situation of the Airport new city to discuss the use of PPP cooperation mode to achieve the best effect on the infrastructure construction of the Airport new city.(2)Secondly,combined with the actual case of the actual PPP project,the paper analyzes the income distribution research of the Airport new city PPP project,the pattern of income distribution and the principle of income distribution.(3)Then,the applicability of the bargaining model is discussed.The Shapley value model is established.The parameters of the income distribution of the PPP project in the Airport new city and the revised income distribution ratio are analyzed.(4)Finally,based on the research on the income distribution of the Airport new city PPP project,the policy recommendations for the construction of the Airport new city are given,including the split-risk sharing mechanism,the reasonable income distribution method,the choice of the franchise period,and the improvement of relevant laws and regulations.
