As the fast development of our space industry,the quantity and technology level of spacecrafts keep growing in China.Environment test is an important method to ensure the reliability of aerospace products.Numbers of environment tests are main work contents for manufacturing a spacecraft,which can verify whether the products can work reliably in space environment and achieve design performance.But some risks still exist in environment tests,so we need to identify and control the risks to make sure these tests are safe and effective.In this research,the study and application of risk management in space industry at home and abroad were studied first.Then the risks in a vacuum thermal test were listed up and identified according to engineering experience and real case.By the methods of “experts assess” and “Risk Matrix”,these risks are analyzed and evaluated.A FMEA were made for some risks to find out their inducement,influence,and hazards.The risk control methods were found out against the risks' inducement.These results point out the improvement direction of the laboratory's risk management work.This work is very practical to carry out the environmental test of space products,and it can be helpful to improve the level of risk management work during an environment test.
