Researches and practices of the United States Department of Defense show that the assessment and application of Manufacturing Readiness Level(MRL)can improve the utilization while reduce manufacturing risk of aerospace products,which are of high risks.On the basis of America maturity evaluation method and program,the application value of MRL to improve manufacturing capability and risk management for China Aerospace industry is analyzed.Then,the relationship of MRL,TRL(technology readiness level)and product maturity is studied.In response to the various types,high complexity and difficulties of batch production,the evaluation method,which is suitable for the characteristics of Chinese aerospace products,is preliminarily constructed and the evaluation object,classification and evaluation process are clarified.Combining the reality of Chinese aerospace,evaluation elements including three categories,nine factors and 21 elements,which are key to product quality,efficiency and cost in the process of the production,are established.Through the implementation of inspection sheet,the manufacturing risks can be identified effectively,thus well-directed risk control and manufacturing capacity improvement plan can be conducted.then,based on the the trial application.some suggestions about aerospace manufacturing risk control are given. |
