| A state-owned key enterprise kindergarten is a day-care nursery with class II and division 2,which has been used for more than 50 years,and some aspects such as seismic performance,fire-fighting equipment and so on are far from the current requirements.Due to the above limitations of hardware conditions have seriously affected the normal development of teaching work and the promotion of quality-oriented education in the kindergarten,the requirement of reconstructing a kindergarten with excellent hardware conditions and meeting the standard with class I is on the agenda.To this end,according to the principle of “co-construction and benefit-sharing”,the central enterprise allocates project construction funds in the light of the number of young employees.Due to the large number of investment units and the fact that their employees are parents of children entering the kindergarten in the future,the attention for the quality of engineering is increasing and it is extremely necessary to evaluate and analyze the project.However,the defects of traditional evaluation for kindergarten project make it cannot effectively prove whether the investment is reasonable and scientific,and it is more difficult to prove the effect of project operation.Therefore,this paper concentrates on the post evaluation for the kindergarten project and aims at analyzing the project process,economic benefits,social benefits and sustainable development by using AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The main contents are as follows.Firstly,the meaning,characteristics,purpose and main content of the post evaluation of the project are briefly described.Then AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,which will be used in this paper,are introduced.Secondly,the construction of a state-owned key enterprise kindergarten project is analyzed in detail from different perspectives.Thirdly,post evaluation indicators are determined from evaluation of project process,economic and social benefit,and sustainability aspects.Using AHP to determine the weight of indicators at all levels and obtain the importance of the indicators.A post evaluation system for the project is established.Finally,on the basis of the obtained indicators and corresponding weights,the first-level indicators,such as project process,economic and social benefit,and sustainability,and the following level indicators are evaluated by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The results are compared and analyzed and the countermeasures and suggestions for the deficiencies are proposed. |
