The Research On Risk Management For Ankara-Istanbul High-speed Railway Construction Project

China’s high-speed rail has sprung up in recent years,while meeting domestic demand and gradually moving to overseas markets,but overseas projects will face many tests and risks.This paper takes Turkey Ankara-Istanbul high-speed railway project research object,analysis from the view of project management,explore the appeared problems in the management of risk by using WBS-RBS method in Turkey Ankara-Istanbul high-speed railway project construction stage engineering analysis and identification,using the AHP evaluation method of risk in Turkey Ankara-Istanbul high-speed railway project construction stage project evaluation research,according to the main risk factors of risk coping strategies and methods of the project,for the total project contracting enterprises in China to provide a reference and help in the risk management in the construction stage of overseas high-speed railway project.First,this paper comprehensively summarizes the overseas high-speed rail project risk management in our country and the research status,through access to a large number of risk management data,choose RBS method to overseas project engineering risk from the four level 17 categories for risk identification,reoccupy brainstorming method to identify the various kinds of risks and the main risk factors for 139,the risk of form a complete list.Secondly,based on a comprehensive analysis of the risk factors of overseas high-speed rail projects,a comprehensive and systematic risk identification was carried out by using the wbs-rbs method to identify the main risk factors affecting Ankara--Istanbul project in Turkey.Finally,in the aspect of risk assessment,ahp is used to estimate and evaluate the identified key risk factors.In terms of risk response,Ankara--Istanbul project risk in Turkey is evaluated based on the results of risk dimensions,and countermeasures and preventive measures are formulated accordingly.In this paper,the application of analysis method in combination with theoretical research and empirical analysis method,combined with the author’s practical experience in Ankara,Turkey-Istanbul comprehensive analysis and evaluation on the project risk management,puts forward Suggestions on the high-speed rail project risk management of overseas,to Turkey and other overseas areas of risk management also has certain reference significance.
