At present,due to the contradiction between traditional industries and urban development,the function of cities and the readjustment of industrial structure,a large number of old industrial buildings have been demolished or abandoned.At the same time,a healthy modern lifestyle has promoted the rise of national sports in China,and the lack of sports facilities in cities has been unable to meet people's demands for sports.Old industrial buildings and stadiums have many similarities in space form.The research of spatial matching is to achieve a better combination for the functional transformation between the two.It reflects whether the old industrial buildings can meet the space needs of the new functions in the process of transforming into stadiums and gymnasiums.Therefore,it has important theoretical significance and practical value to conduct in-depth research on it.This paper is mainly divided into four parts: The first part briefly describes the background of the topic,the purpose and significance of the study,the research status at home and abroad and the research ideas of the paper.In the second part,the transformation of old industrial buildings,stadiums and space matching are analyzed,and the space transformation of buildings and the construction and development of stadiums and gymnasiums are briefly described.Then starting with the reconstruction of old industrial buildings,the paper discusses the design methods and forms of architectural space,the optimization and reorganization of internal space,and the integration of the transformation of old industrial buildings and stadiums.The third part focuses on the spatial analysis of functional transformation between old industrial buildings and stadiums.Firstly,the space of different sports in the stadium is investigated and summarized,the representative sports items are analyzed,and the space elements and space modules of the stadium are analyzed.Secondly,the paper studies thespace type and the way of space transformation in the process of transforming old industrial buildings into stadiums and gymnasiums.Finally,according to the spatial combination mode in the process of functional transformation,the types of the renovated buildings are classified,the methods of specific spatial scale conversion are discussed,and the space modules adapted to different types of renovated buildings are summarized.The fourth part investigates and analyses the different space combination modes of old industrial buildings transformed into stadiums and gymnasiums,and summarizes the research on space matching in the process of transformation.Taking a spatial combination model as an example,the design practice is analyzed in order to provide reference and optimize the construction.Finally,it summarizes the revelation of design and the value of space matching.Based on the theory and practice of transforming old industrial buildings into stadiums and gymnasiums,this paper summarizes the space transformation methods and elements in the process of functional transformation,and then integrates the characteristics and advantages of space matching in the transformation from three aspects: space scale,space combination mode and space module.Finally,the study of space matching between old industrial buildings and stadiums will have a positive impact on the development of the city.
