Research On The Influence Willingness Of Prefabricated Buildingd Evelopment From The Perspective Of Policy Instrument

With the improvement of China’s economic level,environmental issues have increasingly attracted the attention of the society.Energy conservation and emission reduction have gradually become a major obstacle to the development of traditional construction industry,and prefabricated buildings can effectively solve environmental problems and become the new normal economic construction.The inevitable trend of industry development.However,the development of prefabricated construction projects at this stage is not smooth,and national policies are still a powerful promoter of its development.In this context,this paper analyzes the influence mechanism of policy instrument on the willingness of prefabricated building development,and builds a path diagram of the impact of policy instrument on the willingness of fabricated building development.The empirical analysis proves the development of policy instrument for prefabricated buildings.The path of influence and the degree of influence of will.Firstly,based on the existing research results,this paper defines the scope and main concepts of the research,and uses the policy instrument theory to quantitatively and statistically analyze the text of the prefabricated building policy,and summarizes the current status of China’s prefabricated building policy system.Then,combining the government intervention theory and related literature,the market environment factor is introduced as a mediator variable,and the influence mechanism of policy instrument on the willingness of prefabricated building development is discussed in depth.The influence track of “policy instrument—market environment-development willingness” is proposed.Based on this,the corresponding basic assumptions are made and a theoretical model of the willingness of the assembly building development is constructed.Through the questionnaire survey,the empirical data of the willingness of the prefabricated building development was obtained.Based on this,the impact model of the intention of the prefabricated building development was fitted and revised from the perspective of policy instrument,and the policy instrument were applied to the prefabricated building.The path of influence and degree of impact of development willingness.The results show that in terms of impact path,environmental policy instrument can directly and indirectly have a positive effect on the willingness of fabricated building development.Supply-oriented and demand-based policy instrument have an impact on the willingness of fabricated building development through market environment factors as intermediary variables.In terms of impact effect,the environmental type has the greatest influence on the willingness of the prefabricated building development,the total effect value is 0.534,the total effect value of the supply-oriented policy instrument is second,the total effect value is 0.137,and the total effect value of the demand-oriented policy tool is only 0.081.In terms of influencing factors,system policy and regulation in environmental policy instrument,land supply and technology development in supply-oriented policy instrument have a greater impact on the willingness of fabricated buildings.Finally,based on the empirical analysis and the quantitative results of the policy texts,the government departments can provide rationalization suggestions for the formulation of the prefabricated building development policy.
