Research On The Adaptive Design Of Living Space Based On Family Population Structure

With the increase of "two-child" families,the phenomena of periodical "Two-Generation Dwelling " and " Multigenerational residence " lead to the fact that the static houses with relatively fixed attributes can not meet the changing living needs.Eventually,the residents have to buy new houses.However,on the one hand,under the restriction of high housing price and " Housing Restriction Order ",a large amount of household consumption is occupied,on the other hand,the re-purchase of houses needs to be renovated again,increasing consumables and construction waste,which is contrary to sustainable development.In view of the present situation of the contradiction between housing and family development,this topic puts forward that interior design should adapt to the changes of family population structure.This paper takes living space as the research object,takes the stages of family life cycle as the reference path,and analyses the staged needs of family life cycle for space,function and decoration through the family household type characteristic periodic demographic characteristics,and explores the adaptive design strategies matching the development of family population structure.Firstly,Through literature research and case analysis,it summarizes the development process of residential adaptability design in foreign countries.Secondly,combined with the results of field research,this paper analyzed the user's lack of adaptability to the indoor environment.At the same time,it analyses the living conditions and corresponding needs of a family in different stages of the family life cycle.Finally,the principles of indoor environmental adaptability design following the change of population structure are summarized as follows: people-oriented,forward-looking and sustainable.The main points of adaptive design are deduced through design principles and concepts.This study focuses on the living needs of future generations,combining the relevant theories of architecture,from the perspective of interior design.The design strategy and method that best match the family life and the indoor environment,so that the occupants can actively adapt to the stereotype Living space.It has certain reference value for the design of interior space of the future.
