Substation and distribution network planning is an important part of the overall planning of benxi qiaobei iron and steel deep processing industrial park(hereinafter referred to as the park),and the special power planning of the park is the basic work to ensure the construction of the park.Power grid planning aims to better meet the load demand,ensure reliable power supply,power quality standards.In order to adapt to the efficient and sustainable development of the park,the power grid planning of the park includes three stages: short-term planning,medium-term planning and final(saturated)planning.On the basis of relevant national technical standards,new technologies and ideas of power grid are adopted to continuously improve the power supply quality and capacity of distribution network.Recently,in order to respond to the global trend of clean energy,the urban power grid model has been improved and the concept of environmental protection and green has been introduced: saving water,talent,energy,land and other energy.Firstly,this paper studies and analyzes the functions,geographical location and characteristics of power grid of the park.According to the topography and location of the park,appropriate methods are adopted to predict the load,and the load prediction results of the target year(2025)are obtained.Then,the mathematical model is established for calculation,load density index is selected to predict the short-term load combined with the form of power growth,and the result of load prediction is verified by the method of per capita electric quantity.Refer to the relevant planning technical principles,select the corresponding high and medium voltage power grid planning basis in combination with the actual situation of the park,and also plan the user power supply,distribution network automation,distribution network communication system and electricity information acquisition system.Based on the predicted results,the mathematical model is established to solve the problem.The capacity and address of the substation are selected,and the theoretical results are obtained.Under the guidance of relevant professionals,modify the power supply scope and address of the substation in accordance with the overall planning of the park,fully analyze the reactive power compensation of the substation,and carry out corresponding correction and verification of its load rate and load capacity ratio.Finally,the overall network frame is planned and optimized for analysis,and the wiring mode of the corresponding 66 k V and 10 k V voltage grade distribution network is analyzed by using the determined predicted load results and substation power supply scheme.During the transition period,investment should be reduced as far as possible to meet the needs of load growth without affecting the overall planning of the park.Finally,the overall plan was drawn up,and the estimated investment was calculated to be 89 million yuan.Within 15 years,the plan was to recover all principal and interest and have a small surplus,so that greater benefits could be obtained from the analysis ofeconomic and social benefits.
