The significance of power grid planning is to use technical means,combined with the work experience of planners,according to the planning period of time,reasonable distribution of power grid,the purpose is to solve the current problems of power grid,so as to ensure the safe and reliable operation of power grid,and provide safe and reliable clean energy for users.Reasonable and scientific power grid planning is an important basis for the development of regional power grid,but also to promote urban economic development.Fushun is a comprehensive industrial city dominated by coal,petrochemical,metallurgical and manufacturing industries.With the rapid development of the economy,the scale of the city is increasing and the consumption of electricity is increasing rapidly.Therefore,the planning of the future power grid must start earlier.This paper analyzes the current structure of the power grid in the area with intensive load growth in Chengdong,and uses a variety of scientific methods to forecast the load in this area.Through the calculation and analysis of power flow,technical comparison,and combined with the overall planning of the local government,the 220 k V power point access system in the mountain is designed.The system stability calculation and transient calculation are carried out.According to the calculation results,the substation electrical part is designed scientifically and reasonably.Finally,in order to solve the problems of difficult power supply,weak grid structure and single operation mode,66 k V grid around the mountain was designed.
