| At present,China’s rural economy is developing rapidly,and the current situation and technical level of rural power grid can not meet the needs of rural economic development.and some regions showed unreasonable planning and unmatched equipment selection at low technical level,which resulted in poor quality of power supply and poor maintenance of economic power grid.The transformation of rural power grid is huge,involving many and complex problems,and each region has its own regional characteristics.Therefore,according to the actual situation of Dashiqiao rural power grid research and explore effective measures to reduce losses and energy saving to effectively achieve the transformation of rural power grid efficiency.In this paper we made a systematic analysis of the rural power grid transformation of Dashiqiao by using the method of literature review and the method of field investigation by using the method of prediction.Firstly,the present situation of rural power network in Dashiqiao area is investigated and analyzed.The status quo of 66 k V,10 k V and low voltage distribution network is investigated and found out.The operation indexes of different voltage levels of power grid are analyzed in detail.The main problems existing in rural power grid are expounded.The defining principles of construction and transformation projects of distribution network are put forward.Secondly,the load in Dashiqiao area is analyzed and forecasted by the maximum load utilization hours per year.The load characteristics,development and power consumption of customers in Dashiqiao area are analyzed.At the same time,through the data of Dashiqiao area and the data of the rising trend of electric power load,the actual economic development,the industrial layout and the use of electric power load of large-scale industrial projects,the detailed calculation and comprehensive analysis are carried out to obtain the forecasting results of electricity consumption and load of the whole society in this area.On the basis of the above work,the target and scheme of distribution network planning are put forward.The power supply area is divided into different areas,and the distribution of different levels of network,66 k V and below power supply facilities is planned.At the same time,the economic analysis of electric calculation is carried out,and the mathematical model for calculating the loss of power cut,that is,the loss of a single wire for 10 k V and the method for calculating the total loss of power cut in the whole power supply area are given.Finally,through detailed analysis of the transformed rural power network in this region,it is believed that the transformation of rural power network should be invested according to the local actual situation,and the load prediction of the power grid and the analysis of local power demand should be taken as the basis to determine the key work of future rural power network transformation.Because the transformation of agricultural network needs a lot of capital and consumes a lot of resources,the transformation of agricultural network should consider long-term behavior instead of only short-term construction.At the same time,the municipal electric power department should coordinate with each other scientifically and reasonably to promote the progress of the agricultural network reconstruction project to achieve the maximum comprehensive benefit of the project.The proposed reconstruction plan is conducive to improving the level of the reconstruction projects,and plays a role of reference and standardization for the similar construction projects... |
