With the continuous improvement of the national electricity consumption level,the demand for power service quality is getting higher and higher.The traditional power grid development mode must also develop towards the direction of intellectualization and digitization.Therefore,a strong smart grid has become one of the important strategies for the development of the national power grid.In the promotion process of smart grid,the most important part is the construction of Smart Substation.Intelligent substation can not only realize the digitization of station information,but also share the information through the network platform in real time.It not only completes the basic functions of power information collection,measurement,control,monitoring and protection,but also extends the real-time online analysis,real-time early warning,automatic control of power grid information.A series of advanced functions such as coordination and interaction,intelligent adjustment and so on.Based on the construction of intelligent substation,this paper firstly discusses the technical characteristics and upgrade requirements of traditional substation after intelligent upgrade,secondly lists and describes the minimum technical requirements of intelligent substation,and finally puts forward a detailed intelligent substation upgrade from various levels.The upgrading plan is compared.It mainly includes station control technology,interlayer technology and process level technology.This paper presents three renovation schemes to upgrade 66 k V ordinary substation to intelligent substation.The matching device of this scheme will support digital interface and meet the requirements of intelligent substation.At the same time,this paper makes a comprehensive comparison of the three schemes from various aspects,accurately reflects the advantages and disadvantages of each transformation scheme,and provides a theoretical basis for the actual smart grid to promote the work of ordinary substation upgrade,which has a long-term significance.
