| The construction quality of the port project is the key to ensure the smooth progress of the port project as a whole,which will directly affect whether the project can produce practical value in a timely and efficient manner.Accurate control of the construction quality of the port project is the key to the implementation of the project.Whether the quality of the formed project meets the standard and whether it can successfully pass the completion acceptance is directly affected by the quality control during the implementation of the project.A good quality management system is particularly important for engineering construction projects.With the vigorous development of the domestic market economy,higher requirements have been put forward for port throughput and throughput.A large number of port projects have been put into construction in order to meet the needs of the increasing port transport volume,which has promoted the all-round development of the port construction industry.The corresponding quality management theory has also played a key role in promoting the development of China’s port engineering construction industry.However,in the practice of port engineering management,a large number of safety accidents caused by quality problems still exist.For example,in October 2018,the sudden caisson overturning safety accident in the construction of Shangang raw material wharf caused 11 people to fall into the water and 9 people missing,causing irreparable losses.With the decrease of the number of natural good ports and shorelines,the port engineering construction staff can only carry out engineering construction on the shoreline with worse environment,which puts forward higher requirements for engineering quality management.Based on the above,this paper combines relevant domestic and international research theories to carry out in-depth research and analysis on the corresponding theories of construction quality management.The main research method is literature analysis,case study method,questionnaire survey method,expert scoring method,using PDCA cycle theory as the main research theory,integrating three stages of quality control,4M1E and other theories,analyzing the current situation of quality management and the problems in the management system of Port A project in the construction process,investigating and discovering the shortcomings in the management of personnel,the use and arrangement of construction machinery,the quality control of raw materials,the reasonableness and matching of construction process,the formulation and implementation of measures to cope with special environment and other five The shortcomings in these five aspects are summarised in a hierarchical manner according to the reasons for the formation of the problems,and targeted optimisation measures are clearly proposed for the entire quality management system by integrating all-round quality management processes such as prior control,in-progress intervention and post-process feedback,and countermeasures are derived from the levels of people,materials,technology,machinery and equipment,and the environment.Through an effective combination of theoretical research and practical engineering,the project has been able to optimise and improve the management system and enhance the quality management level.To sum up,this paper systematically applies PDCA cycle theory and combines with other quality management theories to study and analyze the quality control management of A port engineering project,analyzes and discusses the deficiencies of this construction project management in a comprehensive and intuitive way,and bases on the special steps in engineering construction to analyze the objective shortcomings in project management.Put forward more targeted and operable suggestions,so as to finally realize the effective improvement of A port engineering project management level,and provide more valuable reference for other port engineering construction projects. |
