A Study Of The Global Value Chain Upgrading Of Equipment Manufacturing Industry From The Perspective Of Organizational Learning

In the context of economic globalization,countries actively take part into the global value chain.The equipment manufacturing industry,as an important part of the national economy and national defense construction,which has achieved great success in recent years,is the pillar industry of manufacturing industry in our country.However,compared with developed countries,Chinese equipment manufacturing industry is still at the mid-end level of the global value chain.One of the effective way to improve the status of our manufacturing industry in the global value chain is to promote the disruptive technology innovation.Disruptive technology innovation refers to the way of innovation,which is the adoption of a new principle,rush out of the original trajectory,make great breakthrough between products and production mode and set up the new era of technology development.On the condition that our manufacturing industry has lots of characteristics,such as low product added value and weak innovation ability,organizational learning can help to improve them by learning and absorbing the advanced technology of developed countries.Therefore,it is high time to enhance the disruptive technology innovation of our manufacturing industry through organizational learning.First,through the method of literature review this paper defines the concept and method of organizational learning and technological innovation and the concept of organizational learning and technological innovation in the equipment manufacturing industry.Second,this paper analyzed the characteristics of equipment manufacturing industry in global value chain and organizational learning in equipment manufacturing industry,as well as the relationship of global value chain,equipment manufacturing industry and organizational learning.This paper made it clear that the ways organizational learning influence disruptive technology innovation of equipment manufacturing industry are introduction learning,absorption learning and the interaction of introduction learning and absorption learning.Then,establish logistic regression model using hierarchical regression analysis method to make an empirical test.The result shows that the absorption learning of equipment manufacturing industry is not sufficient,and the integration of introduction learning and absorption learning is not high.Finally,with the influence of organizational learning,put forward some countermeasures on the existing problems of the equipment manufacturing industry in disruptive technology innovation.
