Middle management personnel of M company are the link between enterprise strategy and execution,as well as the bridge between senior managers and grass-roots employees.Middle management personnel of M company play an important role in enterprise management.This paper takes the performance appraisal of middle managers of M company as the research object,and analyzes the current situation and existing problems of performance appraisal.The research of this paper is mainly divided into seven parts.Firstly,the first part analyzes the research background,research purpose and significance,research content,research method and research status.Then,relevant concepts and theoretical basis involved in this paper are studied,such as performance,performance management,the concept of middle management,maslow's demand theory and Adams' equity theory.The third part of the paper focuses on the current situation of performance appraisal of middle management personnel in M company,including the general situation of M company,the basic situation of middle managers in M company and the situation of performance management.The fourth part of the paper investigates and analyzes the problems existing in the performance appraisal of middle management personnel in M company,such as the lack of systematic performance appraisal,the unscientific and uninspiring indicators of middle management performance appraisal,and the lack of systematic training of middle management personnel in the appraisal mechanism.On the basis of problem analysis,the reasons are also expounded.In the fifth part of the paper,specific optimization strategies for the performance assessment scheme of the middle management personnel of M company are formulated according to the current situation of the performance assessment of the middle management personnel of M company,such as the selection of the performance assessment methods,the principles of the selection of performance assessment indicators and the determination of specific weights.It also studies the implementation of performance appraisal of middle management personnel in M company.The sixth part of the paper analyzes the guarantee measures for the performance appraisal of middle management personnel in M company.The seventh part makes a summary analysis and prospect to the whole paper.Based on the analysis of this article,the M company middle-level staff performance management puts forward the M company middle managers performance evaluation of concrete Suggestions,such as to be prepared for the inspection before,perfect the assessment process,to strengthen the assessment results of interview and feedback,aiming at the existing problem of middle managers performance evaluation,performance appraisal improvement Suggestions are put forward.At the same time,I actively apply the results of performance appraisal to the operation and management of the company.
