With the advent of the Internet era,it has brought profound impact to many industries,such as the emergence of a large number of online automobile sales enterprises in the field of automobile sales.However,we should also see that the emergence of online automobile sales enterprises is still short,compared with the traditional automobile sales enterprises,there are certain differences in the demand for talents,such as paying more attention to the employee's Internet use ability and Internet thinking,and possessing certain Internet marketing ability.Compared with traditional automobile sales enterprises,the employee mobility of online automobile sales enterprises is higher,or the level of loyalty and satisfaction of employees to enterprises is insufficient.For the self-development of network automobile sales enterprises,employees are the first core competitiveness.Excellent salesmen can play a very important role in improving the company's performance.Therefore,for online automobile sales enterprises,they should also correctly recognize the importance of employees,pay attention to improving employee satisfaction and loyalty,so as to gain better competitive advantage in the market competition.This paper takes Dalian's network automobile sales enterprises as the research object,and analyses the level of employee satisfaction of Dalian's network automobile sales enterprises.Firstly,the related concepts and theoretical basis are elaborated.Then,the level of employee satisfaction and the influencing factors of the network automobile sales enterprises in Dalian are investigated.Then,some relevant factors affecting the employee satisfaction of the network automobile sales enterprises are analyzed.Finally,the corresponding employee satisfaction of the network automobile sales enterprises is put forward.Degree promotion strategy.Through this study,it is found that the main factors causing the low level of employee satisfaction in Dalian network automobile sales enterprises are the irregular management of employees' vacation,the imperfect salary and welfare system,the absence of performance management system,the irregular management of training system,the limited promotion space and channels,and so on.This paper compares the differences in influencing factors of employee satisfaction between online automobile sales enterprises and traditional automobile sales enterprises,and then puts forward corresponding strategies to improve employee satisfaction,such as standardizing employee work vacation management,optimizing salary design and management methods,optimizing and implementing performance appraisal management,and continuing promotion.Enter talent education and training,and establish reasonable and unblocked promotion channels.
