With the deepening of the economic system reform in China’s construction industry, cost control plays a very important role in the management of construction enterprises. The ultimate purpose of the enterprise is to make profits. How to achieve a higher return rate through effective control measures has become the key to the management of each enterprise.Due to the depression of the real estate industry and the continuous pursuit of the people’s spiritual life,in recent years, tourism real estate,as a new industry, has gradually occupied the construction market and formed an upsurge of development.Unlike the traditional construction industry such as real estate, tourism real estate has its unique particularity.Because it is in the stage of innovation and exploration, its cost control is relatively difficult and controllable compared to the real estate construction industry. How can we strengthen the management of the cost of limited construction funds for such projects, allocate and use them effectively, reduce the cost of construction projects, save investment costs, improve the economic and social benefits of investment in such projects, and improve and improve the management of the cost of tourism real estate projects? It has become an important issue that needs to be urgently addressed by the study.Based on the concrete cost control measures and case data in the actual construction process of Shanghai Haichang Ocean Park development and construction project, this paper analyzes and summarizes the common cost control problems in the current tourism real estate construction projects. On the basis of this, the corresponding optimization measures are put forward, and the prospects for future development are made.
