Research On Adaptive Farm House Design In Cold Regions Based On Traditional Experience

The construction of rural housing in China is extensive,and the current construction of rural houses is in the peak period of upgrading.The construction of a large number of buildings has caused damage to the environment,the village form on the village side,the contradiction between high energy consumption and low comfort,and the lack of social life adaptability.They are all faced with problems in the construction of rural housing,and China has less practice in the design of adaptive farm buildings.In the long-term adaptation to the local environment,traditional Chinese dwellings have formed a series of ecological architectural experiences that reflect regional environmental adaptability,represent regional culture and conform to the concept of sustainable development.Therefore,study how to design ideas and methods of traditional experience.The combination of adaptive design of modern farm houses is a meaningful exploration.First of all,due to the climatic characteristics and housing construction needs in the cold regions of North China,the typical rural houses in the cold regions of North China were selected,and the actual situation of the farmhouses was investigated in detail,and the existing problems in the construction,residence and use of the farmhouses were analyzed and sorted out.Secondly,the ecological experience of traditional residential buildings in the north is analyzed and summarized from three aspects: topographical adaptability,climatic environment adaptability and material utilization adaptability.The traditional experience of settlement location and layout,architectural form and space design,building structure and materials are extracted.Use specific methods in other aspects.Then combined with the status quo and the development of current new technologies,the specific adaptive design strategies are proposed from three aspects: village site selection and planning,building space and structure,and energy utilization.Finally,taking the design plan of adaptable farm house in Dalian Village as a pilot,the design strategy is applied in practice,and three adaptive farm house plans are proposed,which are suitable for different family structure and production and living modes in the village.In the application of architectural construction and appropriate technology,combining traditional experience with contemporary technology,we strive to achieve better results in retaining traditional skills and improving residential comfort.Through the actual research,this paper deeply understands the demand of farmhouses,and uses traditional experience as a starting point to study the design method suitable for the status quo of farmhouses.It expresses the research results of adaptive farmhouse design strategies in cold regions with vivid and concrete schemes.
