Research On The Evaluation And Optimizing Strategies Of Communication Space Of University Libraries

In recent years,with the gradual improvement of the education system,our country attaches more importance to the higher education.As the bearer of knowledge dissemination and information transmission,university libraries play an important role not only as the carrier of the spiritual culture of universities,but also as the carrier of knowledge dissemination and information dissemination.Communication space in university libraries is an important activity space for teachers and students to live,learn and enhance their feelings.With the progress of the times and the change of reading forms,the traditional space boundaries have gradually been dissolved and become diversified and open.Library communication space should not only meet the external needs of teachers and students,but also meet the psychological needs.The old library construction modes and methods have limitations in the new era,and new design standards and modes are still being explored.The use of POE theory is to explore the design of library communication space from the perspective of transposition thinking.It is a post-completion evaluation process to compare the built library communication space with the original design concept through a complete investigation procedure,and to test whether the building achieves the expected usage.POE not only plays a feedback role for completed projects,but also plays a forward-looking role for completed projects.This paper mainly studies the communication space of University Libraries in the central and western regions of Inner Mongolia at the present stage,evaluates various types of communication space after use,establishes the post-use evaluation model of communication space,and objectively and systematically puts forward corresponding design strategies,which can provide reference for the future construction of University Libraries in this region.The structure of this paper can be divided into:The first chapter is the introduction,which explains the background and significance of the topic,elaborates the current research situation,determines the research object and scope,relevant research methods and framework.The second chapter is a summary of related concepts and theories,a detailed analysis of post-use evaluation theory and its supporting theory,and a review of the history,categories and functional composition of Library architecture.This paper discriminates the content,characteristics and use needs of library communication space,and classifies the communication space,which paves the way for the following research.The third chapter explores the current situation of communication space of University Libraries in central and Western Inner Mongolia.Through pilot research,field research and interview questionnaire,the functions,spatial levels,layout and spatial characteristics of each communication space are analyzed and summarized,and then the post-use evaluation research procedure is determined,and the evaluation method is determined.Chapter ?: Post-use evaluation of communication space of University Libraries in central and Western Inner Mongolia,using satisfaction evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the communication space,combining with the explicit and implicit needs of users,establishes a post-use evaluation model of communication space.Chapter ?: Research on the strategy of communication space design of University Libraries in central and Western Inner Mongolia.Starting from the macro level,this chapter discusses the principles of communication space design,summarizes the design elements,and expounds the form of space organization.Chapter ?,from the micro level,according to the attributes,characteristics and forms of different spaces,summarizes the main points of design,and comprehensively analyses the design strategies of each communication space.
