Study On Adaptability Of Transformed Industrial Heritage Based On Subjective Evaluation Method

From the human society appears to nowadays, it had gone through the cultivation period of slash-and-burn, the feudal slave period ruled by kings, the industrial period oriented by commodity economy and now arrived the period of the development of global integration in 21 st century. The science and technology develops dramatically and the cities constantly move on under the industrial substitution.At present, with the development of globalization and the coming of the post industrial era, the industrial society that led by secondary industry is being replaced gradually by the information society that led by tertiary industry. There are a great number of the traditional old industrial enterprises which are restructuring and relocation to the urban suburbs to continue to develop or withdrawing from the historical stage after completing its mission then left a large number of industrial sites to be updated and industrial heritages to be used and protected. It's a brand new research topic in the process of urbanization about how to update and use these industrial sites appropriately. The developed western countries had entered into the post industrial era earlier than China, and had completed a lot of theoretical research and case studies in the protection and utilization of industrial heritages. China is currently in the urban transformation and development stage which is transiting from the incremental planning to the inventory planning and put forward the "retreat secondary into tertiary industry" as the main policy of urbanization. Many first-tier cities in China like Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou the protection and use of industrial heritage like a raging fire are carrying on some actual industrial heritage protection and utilization methods are found out gradually.The southwest region of China has a large number of industrial heritages which were left in the "Third-line construction period". But from the aspects of protection and utilization mechanism and methods, these industrial heritages are far from those in cities like Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and soon. The consciousness about industrial protection is still relatively weak. Although there are a lot of attempts of the industrial heritage transformation cases, the actual effect is not satisfactory and failed to promote the development of the surrounding area of the city by the advantages of the conditions after industrial heritage transformation. The paper takes Chongqing as example, with the help of the scientific feedback mechanism in Subjective Evaluation of Built Environment(SEBE), take preliminary investigationfor the transformed industrial heritages after the analysis of the basic situation of industrial heritages and analyze the characteristics about the adaptability evaluation of the industrial heritage reconstruction in Chongqing then Construct a set of industrial heritage modified adaptive factor evaluation method system. Take 501 Art Base in Huangjueping, Banan District of Chongqing for example to study the subjective factors adaptability evaluation after transformation then compare the evaluation results and put forward adaptive optimization strategy for each factor evaluation results combined with the domestic and foreign outstanding industrial heritage renovation projects.The innovation of this paper are as follows: the first one is to combine the Subjective Evaluation of Built Environment with the feedback study of industrial heritage after transformation from the theoretical level, which fill the domestic blank in this research field. The second one is to use the built environment subjective evaluation method as an evaluation tool to construct the evaluation system of adaptability after the transformation of the industrial heritage, and select the targeted relevant factors and appropriate built environment subjective evaluation system includes the reconstruction of industrial heritage for subjective evaluation of adaptability; the third one is that the results of adaptability evaluation of transformed industrial heritage in Chongqing can not only for provide reference to domestic cases and similar preparations for the transformation of industrial heritage, also can guide to adjust the problems of transformed industrial heritage, provides effective reference for the domestic similar to the industrial heritage renovation projects.
