Through the analysis of vehicleexhaust emissions and harm to human health, has identified carbon monoxide aspollutants concentration control objects within the tunnel, using Coburn-Forster-Kaneequation, COHb levels of hemoglobin in human blood2%CO within the establishedlimit values of concentration control model. To ergonomicaspects, based on the theory of cognitive theories, such as traffic engineering, detaileddiscussion of tunnel settings for speed limit signs, speed limit established for urbantunnel control set.For urban traffic in the tunnel characteristics, to improve the general traffic flowcalculation model, an amendment to the value of its parameter, tunneling traffic capacity calculation model, and combined motor vehicle CO-source emissions modeland diffusion model, recommended formation of urban tunnel traffic volume controlstandards. And study the city tunnel traffic control traffic management schemes; lastcapacity through the tunnel and mixed vehicle tunnel traffic control limits forcomparative analysis of standards, formed the city pedestrian passageway tunneldesign technology.
