Research On Remoulding The Elderly Adaptability Of Traditional Villages In Dongguan

As an important cultural heritage in China,traditional villages are of great significance for their protection.Dongguan is one of the birthplaces of Lingnan culture,which retains abundant resources of traditional villages.However,due to the large-scale urbanization in the past,the aborigines in these traditional villages have gradually moved away from these "old villages".If we simply protect these villages without discussing the use of them,it is not conducive to the continued development of traditional villages.A long period of vacancy will only lead to the waste of land space resources,and cultural continuity can not be guaranteed.At the same time,the aging of society is a common problem in our country,the related old-age services need to be implemented,the relatively effective old-age model is still in the exploratory stage,and the theory lags behind the practice.Combining the status quo of traditional villages and old-age services,if we can make the existing real estate resources compatible with old-age services,and develop home-based old-age care around traditional ancestral residences,it will be able to alleviate the pressure of developing the cause of aging and the protection and utilization of traditional villages at the same time.As a more developed area,Dongguan is of great practical and reference significance both in the protection and utilization of traditional villages in Dongguan and in the transformation of traditional villages.The research centers on the traditional villages in Dongguan City.Through the application of multi-disciplinary theories and design analysis methods,such as architecture and urban morphology,it investigates the historical changes and development process of traditional villages such as Dongguan,and compares and analyses the characteristics of these villages.By refining the key factors of the traditional village community form,the paper discusses the social adaptability of the village and the feasibility of "adapting to the old" transformation.New methods are put forward for the protection of traditional villages.Firstly,starting from the theory,the article summarizes the current situation of the protection of traditional villages and the construction of the old-age industry in China.Then through the actual investigation and analysis of the use of traditional villages in Dongguan and the status quo of pension in Dongguan cities and towns,summed up the advantages of the old-age transformation of traditional villages in Dongguan,the necessity of transformation and the design points of the old-age community.Secondly,it conducts in-depth investigation and exploration of Chaolang Village in Chashan Town,Dongguan City,analyses the development form,street texture,architectural characteristics and infrastructure of the village,probes into the distribution trend of the elderly groups in traditional villages,establishes an evaluation system for the spatial location of Chaolang Village,and discusses the above factors of maladjustment,one by one,in the aspects of community and architecture.Make a reform plan for adapting to old age.Finally,through the analysis of the old-adapted renovation scheme of Niuquanyou ancient village in Chashan Town Chaolang Village,the main points of the old-adapted renovation of traditional villages in Dongguan are summarized from two levels of community and building unit,and some background support for the implementation of the old-adapted renovation of traditional villages is also given.
