In recent years,with the increase in energy demand and environmental protection issues,the development of clean energy has become more important.As a kind of clean energy,biomass gasification technology has a wide distribution range and has broad development prospects.In the process of biomass gasification,because of its complex gasification mechanism,uncertainties may occur in the gasification process,and it is difficult to establish a complete mathematical model,traditional control scheme effects are not ideal,most of which are based on manual experience.During dealing with schemes,manual operation has its disadvantages,because operators often have its subjective views.therefore different judgments will be occurred in the same phenomenon.At the same time,monitoring the instrument data for a long time leads to fatigue,and it is prone to misjudgment,which makes the gasification reaction process unstable,that cause to the bad effect is gas heat value lower,more serious may cause the shutdown situation.Therefore,a suitable intelligent control system is developed to replace the manual operation,which can ensure the stable operation of the system and reduce the safety accident caused by artificial fatigue.At the same time,the stable operation of the system can improve the economic benefits of the system and facilitate the promotion.This paper is based on one of uptake-type biomass gasifier factories in Guangzhou Baiyun District,which proposes a gasifier control scheme based on fuzzy control.The first part of this paper expounds the development demands of biomass gasification technology,not only introduces the development process of gasification equipment but also the development process and research status of equipment control system.The second part introduces the biomass gasifier's system structure and the working principle of the main components(rely on a factory in Baiyun District,Guangzhou).By introducing the principle of biomass gasification process and analyzingseveral factors affecting the gasification process,the control system was analyzed.According to the actual situation of the site,the appropriate controlled parameters are selected,and the overall control scheme of the system is proposed.The analysis of the frequency conversion speed regulation can effectively realize the effective control of the motor speed to realize the air flow control.Furthermore,combined with the actual requirements and controlled target,the temperature fuzzy control system was designed.The error between the actual value and the target value of the temperature and the rate changing of the error are selected as the input of the fuzzy controller.After the fuzzy inference is performed by the fuzzy controller,the frequency of the current inverter needs to be increased or decreased as the output to reduce the gasification reaction of temperature fluctuations in the process.At the same time,equivalent ratio describes the material and air supply,with the way of continuous slow feed rate,which in order to adjust changing relation between air supply and feed rate.All in all,the temperature fuzzy control system of the designed biomass gasifier was simulated in the Simulink environment of MATLAB software.Compared with the traditional PID simulation,the control method of this paper is effective and feasible.
