Since its appearance in 1884,reinforced concrete structure has been widely used in various engineering projects because of its good structural performance,fire resistance,high construction efficiency,low price and low maintenance cost.However,because the steel bar binding is human-made,and it is often trampled because of the personnel walking after the binding is completed,it is easy to see that the reinforcement binding does not meet the requirements of the code or the deformation of the steel bar.At the same time,there are often construction units for the benefit of the choice of smaller steel bars or "thin steel bar" for construction.It is very difficult for the inspection personnel to check whether the steel bar selection and binding in each area is qualified when the steel bar is accepted.The unqualified use and binding of the steel bars will make the structure unable to meet the mechanical requirements of the design,which will seriously affect the quality and service life of the engineering project.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to explore a more convenient and efficient method for inspection of reinforcement in construction site.In this paper,we use the smart phone which is popular at present to collect the reinforcing bar images of different links in the construction site,and through the image processing technology,we can realize the identification,diameter,spacing and parallelism measurement of the steel bars.Based on the actual engineering scene,the method of rapid acceptance of steel bars in this paper is tested.The main work of this article is as follows:1)In order to make the final inspection result more accurate,this paper analyzes the image features of the reinforcement image based on the special environment of the construction site where the reinforcement project is located.Then,the pre-processing algorithm of the reinforcement image in the construction site is tested,and the selection and improvement are compared and improved.Pre-processing algorithms include image grayscale algorithm,noise removal algorithm and image restoration algorithm.In the test of denoising algorithm,it is found that median filter can deal with salt and pepper noise in reinforced image more effectively.At the same time,the dynamic median filtering algorithm is further introduced to keep the image information as much as possible on the basis of removing noise.2)In order to improve the checking and acceptance efficiency of steel bar specifications,this paper compares the methods of steel bar type identification based on Sobel operator and Hough transform and the recognition method based on pixel statistics,based on the image features of reinforcement bar.In the test,it is found that the method based on Sobel operator and Hough transform has strong anti-interference,so the method of steel bar type identification based on Hough transform with higher reliability is finally selected.3)Based on reinforcement engineering binding code,the measurement method of steel bar spacing and parallelism is put forward in this paper.Firstly,the edge information of reinforcement is extracted by Sobel operator,and then the skeleton information of reinforcement engineering is extracted by Hough transform algorithm.At the same time,in order to improve the efficiency of the algorithm and reduce the running time and computation,the method based on the improved random Hough transform is introduced to further improve the efficiency of steel bar extraction.Finally,this paper measures the degree of parallelism and reinforcement based on skeleton information.4)In order to test the practicability and reliability of this method,this paper tests and discusses the method based on the above-mentioned methods and steps,and based on the practical engineering background.In this paper,the reinforcement engineering images of three construction sites are collected in different locations,different weather and different lighting conditions.According to the method described in this paper,the reinforcing bars in the images are tested step by step.The accuracy,efficiency,convenience and so on are compared between the test results and the actual manual measurement results.The test results show that this method has obvious advantages in operation efficiency and convenience.At the same time,it can ensure that the survey pictures of reinforcement engineering inspection can be retained in the follow-up review,so as to reduce the risk of passing through the quality inspection of steel bar engineering.On the other hand,there is still a certain gap between the measurement accuracy and the current measurement method in this paper,which is due to the deficiency of the algorithm and the hardware equipment and other reasons.Based on this,the deficiency of this method in practicability and reliability is discussed,and the direction of improvement in the future is put forward.
